Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer Karyn Ravin for strength training classes set to top pop hits from Israel and beyond. Held poolside at The Hampton Synagogue multiple days a week starting in June 2025, this energizing workout will help build strength, support bone density, increase metabolism, and foster community – all while we schvitz, kvetch, and stretch!
